G's
Gourmet Catering is owned and operated by Garien Shelby, a culinary
trained chef. G was drawn into cooking at an early age and has
transformed from a 5 year-old potato peeler to the chef he is today.
Prior to opening his prestigious catering business, Chef G gained much
experience working in numerous capacities, from restaurants, hotels and
conference centers to upscale catering companies.
When you work with Chef G you will realize that being a caterer is not just his career, but it is his personality. Growing up, Chef G has always been a person who strives to make others smile and feel good, and he is delighted to achieve that same goal through his gift of cooking.
